Welcome to the DPS Student Screen system. As you complete this screening, please take into account whether your or your student’s symptoms are "new" or "unexpected", or whether the symptoms are consistent with your usual allergies or an underlying health condition. To complete your daily optional health screen, using Safe Access, you must use your DPS student ID or student lunch number to login.

Before coming to school each day, each student should be checked for COVID-related symptoms. This daily symptom screener will not be linked to a school. The data will be deleted after 24 hours. Please contact the school directly to report an illness related absence.

If you have questions about the student’s health, you can contact your healthcare provider or contact the Denver Health school based health clinics to provide an evaluation by a healthcare provider at no cost for all DPS students (including charter schools). If you know the location of the SBHC nearest you, call the center directly using the location information below;  or call the School Based Health Clinic Information Line at 303-602-8958.
Please use your school or employee ID. If you do not know your ID please check your badge or contact your administrative coordinator.
